You can request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order if:

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

• The product is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition

Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds for:

• Used or damaged items due to customer mishandling

• Items without proof of purchase

⏱️ Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

• We’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

🚚 Return Shipping

• If the refund is approved due to a mistake on our end (wrong or faulty product), we will cover the return shipping cost.

• Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
