Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
We’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
If the refund is approved due to a mistake on our end (wrong or faulty product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
